By downloading, installing, or using the Class 11 All Books Guidemobile application (“App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the App.

2. Use of Service

The App is designed to provide reference study notes, guides, summaries, and solutions for Class 11 English, Nepali, and Social Studies subjects. You are permitted to use this App solely for your personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes.

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, or license any study materials retrieved from the App without prior written consent.
• Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App or the server on which the App's API operates.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including its design, source code, features, graphics, and educational contents, are owned by the App creators or licensed where appropriate, and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

While we strive to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date educational resources, we do not warrant that:

• The materials are free from factual errors, typos, or inaccuracies.
• The App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
• Any defects or errors in the App will be corrected immediately.
